Scotford Sash is a small family business run by Rob Scotford, dedicated to restoring, draught-proofing and upgrading traditional sliding sash windows in Cardiff, Wales and beyond.

Scotford Sash also has experience repairing and preserving sash windows in Cardiff, including Victorian box sash windows, ensuring they keep with traditional Cardiff architecture.

He will be there from initial enquiry through to final vacuum with no sub contractors used during the process.

Scotford Sash offer a range of options for your Cardiff sash windows, always doing our best to use the finest materials to compliment your Cardiff home, sympathetically and discreetly bringing your windows up to 21st century living. The brush pile system fits neatly within the window and offers excellent insulation and noise reduction without altering the windows original appearance. For more major repairs we use Accoya as its qualities are only matched by the original pitch pine that your windows will probably be made from.

We can also offer Accoya double glazed sashes fitted within the original box frame which, along with the brush pile system, provides a great option if planning isn’t an issue.
