How We Work

At ScotfordSash we take great care and consideration in our repair, with great attention to detail ensuring your home is left clean and tidy after the renovation.

Our Process

From initial enquiry we will discuss your requirements and arrange a day and time to pop over and provide you will a free no-obligation survey and quotation for the upgrade of your windows.

Additional safety precautions are taken during this difficult time. It is also possible to organise an estimate via video messaging or possibly an external survey if you are not comfortable with anybody being in your home at this time.

We aim to provide you with the survey and quotation within 7 days and will leave contact details with you in case you have questions in the meantime. No pressure sales tactics – it’s not the way we do things at ScotfordSash.

Once the quotation has been accepted the project is booked into the system and we will keep you regularly updated as we get closer to the start date.
